The ask
The Civil Aviation Authority of Botswana asked Helm to develop and run a national air service development initiative across the country's four international airports: Sir Seretse Khama, Kasane, Maun and P.G. Matante. It launched in June 2024 as a public-private partnership, to increase international services and the economic impact of aviation.
